300 Rise of an Empire - Ephialtes the Hunchback

300 Rise of an Empire - feature film - as Concept Artist- release date March 2014

300 Rise of an Empire - Ephialtes the Hunchback
This is one of the concepts I did for the character “Ephialtes”, the Hunchback  from the first movie “300” , that is coming back in this sequel
“300 Rise of an Empire”. This time the goal was to make it look more realistic but keeping somehow the look he had in the first movie. I did
different version of this character and I realized different full body 3D models to illustrate the deformation he has on the rest of the body.

"Smile"

Zbrush ,Maya, Keyshot, Photoshop
This is part of a big project I'm working on. Smile is one of the hero robots of the story, an ex cop robot, reprogrammed to serve a rebel cause. His aspect reflects his personality, he is a funny but deadly shooter, laughing everytime he kills.Model realized using zbrush and maya with polygonal modeling. Textured with tileable textures in Keyshot, background realized using photos on
top of the original hdri that was lighting the scene. Added some cool effect and more textures in photoshop to finalize the image.
